Love for Almond Roca

The sweetest of the treats,
Made when almond, butterscotch and chocolate meet,
After it has melted in my mouth,
Its wrapper I mould into the shape of love,
And hold it up in my hand towards the clouds.

Note :- Running out of inspiration to write,as I sat there eating one Almond Roca after another, my daughter said- “Just write about what you’ve been eating for half an hour.” Lol. So I wrote a poem for my current fave snack…and I put my heart into it. I hope you like it – the chocolate, I mean. Seriously, it’s yummmmm!
