The Waiting

‘The waiting’ sounds like a horror movie title,
Maybe coz it’s a word that many of us don’t like.

What if we thought of it as a bridge to something vital,
Or a way that’s leading us to why we came to live this life?

That, for a lot of people, waiting might mean giving up on an idea. It’s a sad thought. But it could also mean making peace with what is. Hmm. Like I said, it’s the way one looks at it.
